Portsmouth is a small city on the south coast of England and its Library Service serves a population of 189,000 people. There are nine libraries all providing a wide range of services - from books to DVDs and language courses to Playstation© games and CDs. We have books suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities and also run several reading groups for adults, teenagers, children and the visually impaired.
