So you want to be a writer? This is a featured page

We welcome contributions from book lovers all across the world, but in order to minimise vandalism we need to confirm a few simple personal details before granting writer status.

  1. Once you have applied to be a writer you will receive a message via your Book Case account asking for your name, address, email address and date of birth. Please reply back with these details.
  2. We will then send you a copy of The Book Case Style Guide to your personal email account. This Word document gives you a few ideas and guidelines for making your pages interesting and readable. Please reply to this email to confirm receipt. If you cannot open Word documents, let us know.
  3. We will then send to your home address a simple contract for you to sign. Here you confirm that you are over 18 and will abide by UK Copyright Law. Please send this back in the pre-paid envelope, signed and dated.
  4. When we have received this, you are promoted to writer. Log into your Book Case account periodically to check your status. Congratulations!

Please note that the Administrators reserve the right to refuse writer requests without explanation.
