Wow, what a book

Allende is a great writer. This novel had bewitching characters, exciting plot line and plenty of literary merit to boot.

This book kept me thinking about all the wonderful characters for weeks, Eliza's bizarre and courageous exploits in the name of love were truly inspiring. I read this book in practically one sitting as I couldn't put in down. Do you find this valuable?
